The hotel is located in a very convenient area. The room that I received was fitted with clean bed sheets and the bathroom was tidy and functional. , the staff was cordial and polite.
The room I received was not what I paid for, and I had to argue to get what I had requested. The noise from the construction of the adjacent building was very disturbing and occurred every day.

The location is extremely convenient, being right across the road from RMIT University. The hotel offers affordable rates and is perfect for those looking for a no-frills accommodation. Paying a bit extra for a balcony overlooking the river is worth it. The hotel is situated in a quiet and affluent area, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Great location & Friendly staff! During my city break, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It was situated near all the tourist attractions. I was able to walk to several destinations and save on transportation. the staff was also very welcoming and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the amenities offered at the hotel were impressive. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and how clean my room was kept.
Noisy & Misleading amenities the hotel trip ended disappointingly, with the noisy surroundings and lack of promised room amenities. the walls in the hotel were so thin that I was able to hear what was happening in the next room and even the adjacent building's construction work was continually bothersome and loud.

I stayed close to my university in a hotel with a great location directly across the road from the campus. The hotel had clean bed sheets, friendly staff who provided good service, and affordable rates. Additionally, the affluent and quiet area where the hotel was situated made it a pleasant place to stay.

We had a great stay in a convenient location, just across from the university. the room was affordable and clean, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. We were impressed with the great view from the balcony overlooking the river. the room was equipped with all the basic facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The noise from construction work in the nearby building was quite loud and interrupted our sleep.
